Peelable Mask
ADLER TP SERIES
ADLER TP series peelable mask is a thermal curing mask. It has fast curing speed, excellent printing properties and forming a tough protective film after curing. The cured film will withstand surface scratch, peelable properties, high pressure washing, chemicals resistance, and ultrasonic cleaning for ITO film and glass etching process. This product is in full compliance with RoHS Directives 2002/95EC and 2003/11/EC.

Curing Condition ：a. Baking @50℃/10 Mins ; b. Room Temperature @30 Mins.
Screen Suggestion：Mesh Type: 150-200mesh / Emulsion thickness: 30-40μm
The cured film thickness： 8-12μm
Dilution：ADLER PT-V Thinner
Shelf Life：2 months. Storage below 15℃, it is easy to condense. Need to add warm water to dissolve and stir well before use.
