Peelable Mask
ADLER PT SERIES
ADLER PT series peelable mask is a low temperature curing mask that curing temperature is below 80 ℃. It has fast curing speed, excellent printing properties and forming a tough protective film after curing. The cured film will withstand surface scratch, peelable properties and does not damage passivation layer for AMOLED and deposition process. This product is in full compliance with ROHS Directives 2002/95EC and 2003/11/EC.

Viscosity (25℃)：30-100 dPa.s
Curing Condition ：a. Baking @50℃/10 Mins ; b. Room Temperature @30 Mins.
Screen Suggestion：Mesh Type: 150-200mesh / Emulsion thickness: 30-40μm
The cured film thickness： 8-12μm
Dilution：ADLER PT-V Thinner
Shelf Life：2 months. Storage below 15℃, it is easy to condense. Need to add warm water to dissolve and stir well before use.
