The G-STRETCH 210 provides mechanical stretching for all types of meshes, in true alignment with the thread, flexibly and with utmost precision
Particular features
■ The machine can be operated on a mains-independent basis, i.e. without electric power and compressed air.
■ When a mesh is being stretched, the screen frame is pre-bowed with the same counter-stretching force.
■ Exactly, right-angled stretching of warp and weft. No angle mistakes possible (no pillow effect).
■ No contact between frame and mesh during stretching process.
■ Should the pre-bowing of the screen frame not be desired, it can be eliminated by means of the four fixing screws.
■ The screen frame is pressed onto the mesh by means of a foot-operated pump.
■ The stretching machine can be continuously adjusted within seconds from the largest down to the smallest screen frame format.
■ The DUPLEX G-201 stretching clamps are equipped with concave ball-bearings which are running on stainless steel precision guideway shafts. The DUPLEX clamps can be pushed sideways during the stretching process and are thus capable of compensating the extension of the mesh.
■ The width of a stretching clamp is 250 mm / 10 inch. Due to this ideal width, any irregularities of the mesh can be automatically compensated by each one of the stretching clamps.

Option Z
■ If a support plate is inserted into the machine, e.g. in order to stretch several small screen frames at the same time, an additional screen frame support can be fastened on two or on four sides in order to achieve an increased contact pressure.
Option W
■ This option consists of a wooden board with either 4, 6 or 9 adjusting plates (to be selected) for CD screen frames. An angle graduation is engraved into the frames which allows a precise setting of the required value of the angle 0°, 7.5°,15° and 22,5°.
Option P
■ Instead of a foot-operated pump the machine can be directly connected to a compressed air supply unit. By means of pressure regulators, the pressure can be adapted to the different types of mesh.
