Economic Price
It is not necessary to buy large and expensive equipment when only small quantities of metal masks and screen stencils need to be cleaned up. Large equipment takes up too much space as well. SUC-800 and SUC-1200 is economical for metal masks and screen stencils sized 800x120x800mm and 1200x120x1200mm separately. Other sizes are upon request.
Clean Thoroughly and Carefully
The differences among various ultrasonic cleaning machines are the mute ability and reliability. SUC-800 and SUC-1200 use short wavelength 35 KHz to perform the cleaning quietly. Both also apply with the ultrasonic wavelength of 600W / 1200W to proceed the superior cleaning ability. Easy Operation
Cleaning time can be set from 1 to 99 minutes as required. The cleaning temperature has maximum of 40 degrees Celsius. Put the metal mask or screen stencil into the cleaning basket, and then put the cleaning basket into the cleaning tank. Turn on the power and then the main switch to start the Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. This unit will run automatically until the cleaning cycle is complete. It can also be stopped manually at any time.
If the cleaning detergent is low or abnormal in temperature , the LED will flash with the warning alarm.

Traditional cleaning process uses solvents, such as IPA, Ethanol , and Iso-Ethyl Ether, has the health and safety problem. Besides, these solvents are volatile, flammable and causing skin irritation. After cleaning, the sludge will be collected at the slant bottom of the cleaning tank and drained from the bottom outlet easily.
